August 2023: Sommerprogramm &#8211; einflussreichsten Weine der Filmgeschichte Teil 3: Brust oder Keule"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Top-Abschluss der Sommerfilmreihe bei Otti mit dem grossartigen Louis de Fun\u00e8s als Restaurant-Kritiker &#8211; grandios!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Getrunkene Weine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2020 L&#8217;Oratoire Saint-Roch blanc, Chantal Spaeth:<\/strong> Z\u00e4ltli, s\u00fcssklebrig, banal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2016 Mas Jullien Blanc, Mas Jullien:<\/strong> Zarter Duft nach Birnen, weissem Pfirsich und Mango. Kr\u00e4utrig, mineralisch, tief, einfach lecker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2013 Carr\u00e9ment Blanc, Domaine de l&#8217;Edre:<\/strong> Thymian, Honig, dahinter Birnen. Blumig, leicht salzig, ganz leicht oxidativer Einschlag im langen Finale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2005 Minervois Le Viala, G\u00e9rard Bertrand:<\/strong> Magnum. Recht \u00fcppig, schwarze Fr\u00fcchte, w\u00fcrzig, kr\u00e4utrig, erstaunlich viel Druck im langen Abgang, leicht auszehrend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2008 Minervois Grand Vin, L&#8217;Ostal Cazes: <\/strong>Geh\u00f6rt dem gleichen Besitzer wie Ch\u00e2teau Lynch-Bages, und es werden Lynch-Bages-F\u00e4sser benutzt. Zwar kein Bordeaux, aber feine schwarze Beerenfrucht, zahlreiche Gew\u00fcrze, gute S\u00e4ure, die den Wein am Leben gehalten hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2010 Grande R\u00e9serve La Clape La Combe aux Louves, Sarrat de Goundy:<\/strong> Maggikraut, Orangenschale, nicht mehr ganz auf der H\u00f6he. An der Luft werden die Magginoten immer st\u00e4rker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Kerbuccio Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Roch Maury sec, Lafage:<\/strong> Schwarze Noten zuhauf, schwarze Beeren, Lakritz, zahlreiche Kr\u00e4uter und dieses Teer-Rauch-Schiefergemisch, das ihn so speziell macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2014 La Chapelle Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Roch Maury sec, Lafage:<\/strong> Cassis, Cassis, Cassis. Wir rufen nicht nach Ignazio, sondern beschreiben den Wein. Kommt da wirklich mal noch etwas dazu?
