Hat seine besten Tage l\u00e4ngst hinter sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2011 Beaune Premier Cru, Champs Pimont, Moillard-Grivot:<\/strong> Zitrusnoten, Vanille, Wiesenblumen, Heu. Strahlt noch Frische aus, fein integrierte S\u00e4ure &#8211; unaufdringlich sch\u00f6n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Bourgogne Blanc Champ Perrier, Tessier:<\/strong> Mandarinli, japanischer Pflaumenschnaps, \u00fcppig. Am Gaumen nicht mehr ganz frisch, endet zudem etwas kurz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Meursault Les Grands Charrons, Tessier:<\/strong> Feine Aprikosen- und Mandarinenfrucht, Bienenwachs, noch sehr frisch wirkend, harmonisch am Gaumen &#8211; lecker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, Domaine Long-Depaquit (Albert Bichot):<\/strong> Dezent Holz, Rauch, f\u00fcllig, feine Zitrusfruchtnoten, hat Kraft und Tiefe &#8211; was f\u00fcr ein toller Chablis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Nuits-Saint-Georges, Comte de Montebello:<\/strong> Sauerkirschen, M\u00f6belpolitur, gr\u00fcn. Am Gaumen hart und spr\u00f6de. Macht keine Freude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1994 Pommard 1er Cru Les Chanlins-Bas, Bernard Vaudoisey-Mutin:<\/strong> Paprikanoten, etwas Wundsalbe, Pfeffer. Am Gaumen streng, leicht bitteres, mittellanges Finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015 Vosne-Roman\u00e9e Village, Fran\u00e7ois Lamarche:<\/strong> \u00dcppige Waldbeeren- und Kirschenfrucht, Blutorangen, Iod, am Gaumen fleischig, kompakt, mit guter L\u00e4nge &#8211; Pinotgenuss pur!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1995 Echezeaux Grand Cru, Fran\u00e7ois Lamarche:<\/strong> Ein wenig Maggi, Fleischsuppe, Hagebutten, Blut. Am Gaumen kr\u00e4ftig, saftig, dicht und eines Grand Cru w\u00fcrdig.
