S\u00e4uerliche Frische, knackiges Finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2018 Susucaru Rosato, Frank Cornelissen:<\/strong> Speziell, reduktiv, Rauch, Blutorange, w\u00fcrzig &#8211; spannend, aber schwierig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2017 Susucaru Rosso, Frank Cornelissen:<\/strong> Kirschlik\u00f6r, Erde, Rauch, vitale S\u00e4urestruktur, herbes Finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2006 Hedonis Riserva, Feudo Arancio:<\/strong> 70% Nero d&#8217;Avola, 30% Syrah. Starke Altersnoten, da sind wir leider etwa zehn Jahre zu sp\u00e4t dran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2014 Etna Rosso, Tenuta delle Terre Nere:<\/strong> 95% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio. Feine Rotbeerenfrucht, Asche, lebendige S\u00e4ure, langer, salziger Abgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2014 Etna Rosso Calderara Sottana, Tenuta delle Terre Nere:<\/strong> Fesselnd durch und durch, hocharomatisch, tiefmineralisch, pr\u00e4zis &#8211; kurz: geil!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2014 Etna Rosso Prephylloxera la Vigna di Don Peppino, Tenuta delle Terre Nere: <\/strong>Von den \u00e4ltesten (140 Jahre!) wurzelechten Rebst\u00f6cken aus der Lage Calderara Sottana. Massiv, breit, noch tiefer als der Calderara Sottana. Ein Meisterwerk!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2017 Passorosso, Passopisciaro: <\/strong>Rote Fr\u00fcchte, Gulasch, Kr\u00e4uter, feine Tannine, endet leicht auszehrend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2008 Duca Enrico, Duca di Salaparuta:<\/strong> Reife Kirschen Brombeeren, Himbeerjoghurt, Sanddorn, \u00e4therisch, Wundsalbe. Recht \u00fcppig, aber mit lebendiger S\u00e4ure und einem langen Finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2010 Ben Ry\u00e9 Passito, Donnafugata:<\/strong> 100% Zibibbo. Ged\u00f6rrte Feigen, Lakritz, Fichtenharz.
